Wild Cards and Gifts

The company approached Flint Interactive to create a new website that would be a useful and engaging resource for customers and a compelling and exciting showcase for potential franchisees. As such Wild Card & Gifts sought to establish the site as a professional yet creative resource providing easy access to important information and clear contact points.
Key site objectives included:
• The projection of a professional, quality feel with a twist of fun and the delivery of key messages and brand personality.
• Ensuring a balance of an inviting experience and easy one-click access to key information.
• Catering for the accessibility needs of both metro and regional users through the provision of a lean, fast site.
• Providing a flexible basis to run ongoing consumer engagement initiatives and promotions through Club Wild to generate loyal and repeat traffic.
• Simplicity and ease of maintenance for site administration to update content.
• The easy management, tracking and reporting of site traffic, user behaviour and data for continual site development and improvement.
The site is built with a Flash-based framework. Providing users with an immediate first impression, the home page was focused on the delivery of key messages that channelled individual users towards appropriate and relevant content and functionality. It features a store locator, encourages users to join Club Wild and features a link to an online version of the latest catalogue. Encouraging a loyal and repeat consumer user base will in itself be the most compelling sales message to franchisees.
A website eNewsletter module has been created, allowing site visitors and Club Wild members to subscribe for updates - including new products, news and specials. Within the site CMS, Club Wild administrators will then be able to populate an HTML newsletter template whenever they choose.
Ensuring an intuitive, engaging and fun user experience is a key priority, allowing for easy access to important information and confident navigation through content.
