Solution Underwriting is a new insurance underwriting team that has launched its financial line of insurance products to brokers as a fresh alternative to traditional insurance suppliers.
The business required a website to serve as a central marketing and sales tool for the long term. In order to foster user trust and connection with the brand, Flint designed a professional yet vibrant website. Flint built a trendy "one long-page" style solution that integrates with Flint's easy to manage CMS. Effective use of scrolling javascript allows users to navigate and jump to relevant content in a fluid animation.
Behind the corporate front-end is a purpose-built broker quoting system that allows brokers to choose from 50 different occupations to obtain quotes based on the organisation's history and revenue. It also enables brokers to bind their policies. The system generates PDF quotes based on algorithms used to determine coverage levels, premiums, state taxes, endorsements and exclusions required to provide an on-the-spot convenient quoting system for brokers.
Built on top of an open source framework that Flint is developing, and integrating with Flint's Content Management System to manage the calculation constants, Solution Underwriting are backed by flexible technology which will allow them the power to update and manage their system as they grow.
Services provided by Flint in the build of the website include photography; concept and design of website, business cards and brochure; Content Management System; custom web development; and electronic Dirent Marketing (eDM).
