Diva is one of Australia's best known and most popular retail fashion accessories brands. Boutique design studio Grin Creative were asked to deliver a dynamic e-commerce site on brand and relevant to the growing international Diva market. Grin asked Flint to assist in the creation of this fresh, vibrant and innovative new online store.
The site design and user flow was devised to provide a core target audience of 15-25-year-old females with a true diva brand experience - inspiring customer loyalty and motivating ongoing sales.
Behind the scenes, the site has been created with a complex set of business requirements and e-commerce functionality in mind. This site is multiregion and multicurrency and leverages off Geo IP to detect a users location and serve the most appropriate content. Flint also included Paypal Express integration, an order notification and fufillment system, picking slips, and integration with back office stock control system Futura.
The end result is a fun, bright, bubbly and motivational website allowing girls to get their fix of Diva's extensive fashion forward collection.
