
This iconic brand started as a mother’s wish to provide healthy takeaway food for her family. It now stretches across 14 countries with more than 250 stores. A key requirement for Boost was the creation of a CMS and framework with optimal in-house content and marketing flexibility.
Flint’s digital solutions for Boost were aimed at providing their team with easy, user-friendly tools to manage their digital platforms. The final product is a fresh, fun and engaging experience not only for customers, but also for the Boost Juice team.

Flint’s Discovery Process brought together the key players, gathering the vision and requirements for the project, defining the brand, content, communication and functional needs. From these workshops grew the solution; a WordPress framework enhanced to a CMS and brought to life with a fresh, bold and fun creative design.
A lively and punchy website represents the healthy nature of the brand personality. Using the signature colours, the website sits well as a part of the brand’s assets, clearly showcasing the range of products. Boost’s Facebook page and blog were given a similar makeover, providing customers with a consistent visual brand experience.
An engaging and innovative homepage draws customers in, while a custom store-locator on the Facebook page provides more relevant content. Targeted at Australian customers, this feature enables users to locate and ‘Like’ a store near them. The CMS then provides franchisees a way to present their local users with custom content and competitions.

The site features an engaging parallax scrolling experience for users, encouraging exploration of the brand and website. The content can be regularly updated and managed by the Boost team through the CMS architecture built by Flint.
WordPress was chosen as the CMS to fulfill Boost's requirements. This widely used platform is well-suited to the brand’s global strategy for local franchisees. The CMS features were also enhanced for easy editing and updating.
Flint created a Facebook page for Boost to kickstart their social media efforts and establish a presence in the space. During our partnership, they have gone from 0-180k fans!
Boost required the flexibility on Facebook to run multiple promotions that reflected their in-store activities. To facilitate this, we built a custom app powered by the Flint CMS.
This app allows Boost administrators to log in and set-up new competitions, configure the start-end dates and add custom graphics.

A key objective for Flint was to ensure Boost had a single unified Facebook presence, while providing users with the option to “Like” a specific store.
The resulting Store Locator allows users to find their nearest Boost outlet and receive content specific to their local store. It also gives each franchisee a Facebook presence, with the ability to publish any special offers or promotions.
The Boost website also delivers a custom mobile experience; allowing users to find their nearest Boost store anytime and anywhere based on their geo-location.

An application form was created on the site to collect information from potential franchisees. This multi-step form features a guided process for applicants, with the ability to save and resume the application at any time.

As part of the strategy, Flint assisted Boost in an international roll-out of the website to their local franchises.
