We assemble a multi-disciplined team for each project that works with the client and provides ongoing support. This collaborative approach enables us to examine a problem from different angles, drawing on the experience, ideas and skills of each team member.
They say you can tell a lot about a person by the company they keep. We like to keep company ranging from startups to corporates and from retail to non-profits. We guarantee this mix will provide you with fresh and unique challenges, creating opportunities to apply your experience and build on it.
We use small team structures to leverage the experience and unique skill sets that define Flint. Our flat organisation structure ensures conversation between internal stakeholders, while also aiding open communication across client facing channels.
We believe in creating a culture where our team can apply and master their disciplines. We invest time on a weekly basis into R&D, training and exploration of new technologies. This is our commitment to ensuring Flint stays at the forefront of the constantly evolving digital landscape.

Together we've created a workplace with an enviable work-life balance. Drop by for a chat and you’ll always find coffee brewing, tunes in the air and a friendly game of pool underway. If you’re lucky, you’ll even get to meet one of our four-legged part-timers.
To end the week on a happy note, we celebrate our hard work with Flint Friday; a pat on the back by putting down our tools and enjoying a drink with the company. Flint Fridays have included activities such as go-karting, rock-climbing and themed fiestas.
We constantly look for ways to increase productivity and enjoy more of life. With this in mind, we’ve designed a work schedule that allows our team to have a Monday off every fortnight. After all, who doesn’t love a long weekend?
